These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and any services provided by Mobile Brake Pro (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By scheduling an appointment, accessing our services, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services
Mobile Brake Pro offers mobile automotive brake inspection and repair services at the customer’s location. Our technicians are trained to perform a wide range of brake-related services including, but not limited to:

  • Brake pad and rotor replacement
  • Brake fluid service
  • Caliper and drum brake service
  • Brake system diagnostics

All services are subject to technician availability and confirmation.

Service Area
Our mobile brake services are available in select cities and regions. You must be within our service area to schedule an appointment. If your location falls outside our service coverage, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the appointment.

Scheduling and Appointments
Appointments can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or via approved scheduling platforms. You agree to provide accurate vehicle information, a valid location, and any additional instructions necessary to access your vehicle.

Please note:

  • Most services take approximately 1 hour per axle but may vary depending on the vehicle and condition.
  • A responsible adult must be present at the service location during the job, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Payment Terms
Payment is due immediately upon completion of service. Once the work is completed:

  • You will receive an invoice via text with a secure payment link.
  • Upon successful payment, you will receive a final invoice marked as paid.
  • Technicians are not permitted to leave the job location until the invoice is paid in full.

Accepted payment methods: Credit card, debit card, and other methods as listed on our payment portal.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to $50.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the quality of service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Vehicle Condition & Liability
By scheduling service, you confirm that:

  • Your vehicle is in a safe, operable location
  • The technician has permission to access the vehicle and perform the work

We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, aftermarket modifications, or unrelated mechanical failures discovered during service.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mobile Brake Pro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Use or inability to use our services
  • Delays, cancellations, or rescheduling
  • Issues arising from third-party parts or materials

Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount you paid for the service in question.

Website Use
You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Use the site for unlawful activities
  • Interfere with site operations
  • Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the site or servers

Privacy Policy

Changes to Terms
