At Mobile Brake Pro, your satisfaction and safety matter to us. We take pride in providing high-quality mobile brake service with convenience and care.

Service Refunds

Due to the nature of our work, which includes the installation of parts and labor performed at your location, refunds are generally not issued once the service is complete. If you experience an issue with the parts we installed or the service we performed, please reach out within 7 days of your appointment. We’ll review the concern and, if necessary, return to inspect and make it right—at no additional charge.

Cancellations

We understand that plans change. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment any time before your scheduled service with no cancellation fee. We simply ask for as much notice as possible to help us serve other customers efficiently.

Warranty Claims

Our work is backed by a 6-month warranty covering both parts and labor. If a part fails due to a defect or there’s an issue with our workmanship, we’ll return to fix it at no cost to you. Warranty claims must be made within 6 months of the service date.
